Annika Erixon

Annika Erixon is an experienced procurement and supply chain professional with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Currently serving as a Senior Procurement Sourcing Specialist at Mutual of Omaha since April 2024, Annika previously held roles at Lindsay Corporation, including Global Strategic Supply Analyst and Supply Chain Analyst. Earlier experience includes positions at The Cheesecake Factory as a Bartender and Food Runner, and a Service Banker role at Bank of the West, where customer service and sales achievements were emphasized. Annika began a career in the fast food industry as a Crew Member at McDonald's, earning recognition as Employee of the Month. Annika's academic journey also includes studies at Dalhousie University.
