Brendan Shanks

Brendan Shanks is an Actuarial Intern at Mutual of Omaha since May 2023, where responsibilities include automating processes using Excel, Power Query, and VBA. Currently serving as a Teaching Assistant for Statistics 462 and 463 at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, Brendan has previous experience as a Shift Lead at The Farm and the Oddfellows Coffee Shop and as a Co-Manager at Daylight Donuts. Brendan is pursuing a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Actuarial Science at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, with an expected graduation in 2025, after graduating high school with a diploma from Minneapolis High School in May 2021.
