Jill Banaszak

Jill Banaszak is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Business Transformation at Mutual of Omaha since January 2012, where responsibilities include collaborating with customer areas to define complex business requirements and improve service quality and efficiency. Jill has held multiple roles at Mutual of Omaha, including Supervisor of Productions and Operations Management, where oversight of a team of 19 specialists and engagement in process improvement initiatives were key responsibilities. Jill also serves as the President of the Nebraska Chapter of the Association of Talent Development (ATD) since 2015 and has previously held leadership positions in ASTD Nebraska, including Vice President of Education and Programming. Jill's career began in medical services training, having worked at Planned Parenthood Nebraska-Council Bluffs. Educationally, Jill holds an MD from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
