Joel Kieffer

Joel Kieffer, PMP, CSM has a wealth of experience in IT management, project management, and systems analysis. Currently working as an IT Manager at Mutual of Omaha, Joel leads a team that supports various IT functions. Previously, Joel held roles such as Application Architect at First Data Corporation, Senior Project Manager at Visa, and Project Manager/Senior Systems Analyst at HSBC. Joel has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Computer Information Systems from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, as well as a Master of Science in Innovation Management and Business from the University of Tampa.
