Octavia Turner

Octavia Turner is an experienced financial services professional with a diverse background in mortgage operations and implementation analysis. Currently serving as an Implementation Analyst II at Mutual of Omaha since April 2023, Octavia previously held various positions, including Reverse Mortgage Coordinator at PHH Mortgage Services and Lead Draw Administrator at CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC. Prior roles also include Mortgage Construction Jr Loan Processor at Origin Bank and a series of positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., such as MB Operations Sr. Specialist II, Research Analyst, and MB Doc OPS Associate. Octavia holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Grambling State University and completed secondary education at St. Fredrick High School.
