Scott Ault

Scott Ault is the EVP of Workplace Solutions at Mutual of Omaha. Scott has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, holding various positions such as sales manager, regional manager, and sales representative.

Scott started their career in 1989 as a sales representative for Unum. Scott then spent five years as a regional manager for Guarantee Mutual before moving to Sun Life Financial in 2000. Scott spent two years as a regional manager for Sun Life before being promoted to RVP at Canada Life in 2001. Scott held this position for two years before moving to Jefferson Pilot Financial in 2002, where they served as sales manager until 2003.

In 2003, Scott joined Mutual of Omaha, where they have since served as EVP of Workplace Solutions. Under Scott’s leadership, Mutual of Omaha has become one of the leading providers of workplace benefits solutions in the United States.

Scott Ault has a BBA in Risk Management/Insurance from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
