Jackie Smith

Jackie Smith has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jackie is currently a Senior Principal at Muuto Consulting, where they are involved in a range of projects such as implementing Anti Money Laundering & Sanctions controls and supporting the rollout of the Compliance Manual. Prior to this, they worked at Lane4 as a Change Consultant, leading the communication and engagement plan for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics365 (F&O) as the ERP system. In addition, they were responsible for streamlining internal communications and managing communication channels. Jackie also has experience as a Project Manager at Lane4, a Lunch Club Supervisor at Cookham Nursery School, and a Senior Manager at Accenture in Talent & Organisation Performance. Jackie'swork experience spans from 1996 to the present.

Jackie Smith graduated from the University of Birmingham in 1996 with a Master of Engineering - MEng degree in Civil Engineering with Management.
