Katie Filippini

Katie Filippini has extensive experience in education, currently serving as an Elementary Educator with Chicago Public Schools since September 2016. In addition to this role, Katie has been an Assistant English Teacher at CAPS Home to Home since October 2015, working with students from Spain, and a Teacher with AUSL since June 2011, specializing in a 2nd-grade classroom and utilizing the Danielson Domain Framework. Previous experience includes working as an usher at Muvico Theaters. Katie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Northern Illinois University and is pursuing a Master's Degree in Education from National Louis University.
