Ben Shaffer is a Development Manager at MV Investment since July 2022, focusing on Climate Controlled Self Storage development through site analysis, zoning review, market analysis, and financial feasibility studies. Previously, Ben served as a Project Manager and Assistant Project Manager at Miller Valentine Construction from May 2017 to August 2022, where responsibilities included managing operations between site superintendents and project teams, as well as building relationships with subcontractors and vendors. Earlier experience includes two internships as a Civil Engineering Intern at CB&I AREVA MOX Services, LLC, and a role as an Assistant Media Producer at Calvary Chapel Lexington. Ben holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, completed in 2017.
