Gary Hoover

Gary Hoover, MSML, SHRM-SCP is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources CapMetro at MV Transportation since April 2023. Prior to this role, Gary held positions such as Director of Human Resources Operations at SMILEDOCTORS LIMITED, Director of Human Resources at BRC Healthcare, and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Collier County Government. With a background as a Director of Human Resources at UMB-China, an Associate Professor at Chung-Ang University, and a Senior Human Resources Manager at East Sea, Gary brings a wealth of experience to their current position. Gary holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Arts in Language and Literature from University of Maryland, along with a Certificate in Paralegal from University of Georgia School of Law.
