Corey Rakes

Corey Rakes has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to 2022. Corey began their career in the United States Air Force, where they served as a Commander Financial Management Analysis Flight and Budget Officer. In this role, they provided financial decision support to Air Force leadership and managed a 100-person finance team. Corey then transitioned to Chart Industries, Inc., where they initially worked as an Aluminum Product Specialist before becoming a Sales Manager. During their time at Chart Industries, they consistently surpassed sales forecasts and implemented Salesforce as a client management and tracking solution. Most recently, Corey held positions at MVE Biological Solutions, first as the Director of Sales for Aluminum Products and later as the Vice President of Sales and Aluminum Product Management. In these roles, they successfully managed the aluminum product portfolio, oversaw production planning and quality control, and ensured timely communication and prioritized shipments for key customers. Through their work experience, Corey has demonstrated strong leadership, sales, and financial management skills.

Corey Rakes obtained a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering Management from the United States Air Force Academy, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. Corey later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Liberty University from 2013 to 2016. Additionally, Corey has a certification as a Certified CrossFit Trainer (CCFT) - Level 2 from CrossFit.
