Holly Rhodes

Holly Rhodes, PHR, SHRM-CP has an extensive work experience spanning across numerous industries and roles. Holly currently serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at MVE Biological Solutions, a Cryoport company. In this role, Holly is responsible for leading HR initiatives and strategies for the global manufacturer of vacuum insulated products and cryogenic systems.

Prior to their current position, Holly held the role of Director of Human Resources at Interra International for nearly a decade. Interra is a global leader in the trade and distribution of food products, and Holly's responsibilities included managing HR activities and providing market intelligence to customers in over 90 countries.

Before joining Interra International, Holly served as the Director of Human Resources at Northridge, a company that offers technology and interactive marketing solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients. Holly led talent acquisition efforts and set the strategic direction for HR policies and procedures during their tenure.

Holly also gained experience as a Technical Recruiter at MISource, where they focused on recruiting and building client relationships. Furthermore, they worked as a Project Manager at BellSouth and e^deltacom, as well as a Project Coordinator at Inacom.

Holly Rhodes, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Georgia, which they obtained from 1995 to 1997.
