James Kiernan

James Kiernan has extensive experience in customer engagement and online acquisition, currently serving as the Managing Director of Customer Engagement at MVF since March 2012. In this role, James has progressed through various leadership positions, including Director of CRM and Head of Email Marketing. Additionally, James currently holds the position of Director at The Inside Lane since September 2023. James holds a BSC Hons in Management Sciences from the University of Southampton, earned between 2006 and 2009.
