Kam Kerai has extensive experience in IT operations and technology management. Currently serving as Head of IT Operations at MVF since 2014, a leading global customer acquisition firm, Kam Kerai previously held positions at Remploy, where responsibilities included Head of DS Tech and Telephony Network Specialist from 2003 to 2013. Remploy, owned by the DWP Department of Work and Pensions, is recognized as the largest employer of disabled individuals in the UK, with a workforce exceeding eight thousand at its peak.
