Information Technology Consultant at MVI Systems

Isaac Simchon has over 25 years of experience in the Information Technology field. Isaac began their career in 1995 as a Project Designer at PRATT INSTITUTE where they created graphic marketing plans and restored 8mm/16mm projectors and other video devices. In 1997, they moved to Harmony Computers as a Computer Technician/Returns Inventory Manager, assembling and repairing PCs, printers, and scanners. Isaac then worked as a Technical Support Agent at IDT Corporation in 1998, providing troubleshooting and instruction for colleagues and customers. From 1999 to 2004, Isaac was a System Engineer at B&H Photo Video, assembling and repairing custom turnkey systems, as well as Compaq/HP, Dell, and IBM workstations. During this time, they also provided digital video editing burn-in tests and managed projects for customers who required specialized video-editing systems. In 2004, they joined POWERBOXX as a Senior Engineer, custom configuring computer systems and workstations specialized for gaming, animation, and video editing. Isaac also provided personal computer and video editing training, repair services, and animation and puppetry workshops to preschoolers, elementary, and high school students. From 2009 to 2017, Isaac worked as an Information Technology Consultant at Puppetry In Practice Inc. Since 2017, they have been a Technical Support Consultant at MVI Systems - My Video Intercom, providing technical support services, including Windows and Mac support, internet security, network support, and maintenance. Isaac has also helped design myKey\u2122, a QR card that allows building residents, office workers, and delivery drivers keyless entry access.

Isaac Simchon obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Animation and Computer Graphics from Pratt Institute between 1995 and 1997. In 2000, they obtained a MCTE Certified certification from Broc Institute.
