Katie Zalewski

Katie Zalewski has a diverse work experience history. Katie started their career in 2010 with internships at Cartier, where they gained skills in training and internal communication, as well as production management and marketing. In 2011, they transitioned to a role as a Coordinator in Training & Internal Communication at Cartier, before being promoted to Assistant Manager in Learning & Development in 2013. In 2017, they joined MVP Health Care, initially as a Learning & Development Specialist and later moved into roles as Talent Development Lead and currently serves as the Talent Experience Lead.

Katie Zalewski obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Business from Central Connecticut State University, which they completed from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Katie has also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Psychological Safety: Clear Blocks to Innovation, Collaboration, and Risk-Taking" in August 2020, "HR as a Business Partner" in July 2020, and "Human Resources: Strategic Workforce Planning" in July 2020.
