Lenka Ostřížková

Lenka Ostřížková is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Direct pojišťovna, a.s. since February 2021. Previously, Lenka contributed to the LEGO Group as a PO&D Partner and managed HR functions at Business Factory, where responsibilities included designing HR strategies, leading teams, and implementing development projects.
