Kristin Schab, sHRBP, is a seasoned talent business partner at MVP Health Care with extensive experience in leadership, team building, and process improvement since July 2001. Successfully collaborating across a highly matrixed organization, Kristin has held various roles including Employee Relations Representative and HR Business Partner, where responsibilities involved conducting meetings with executives and serving as a mediator for departmental issues. Prior to MVP Health Care, Kristin worked as an HR Generalist at Key Bank, overseeing the Retail Line of Business and developing junior HR professionals. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising from Syracuse University, earned from 1987 to 1991.
