Matthew LoBoen has a diverse work experience with a focus on healthcare. From 2014 to present, they have been working at MVP Health Care, starting as the Director of Business Systems Configuration and progressing to roles such as Senior Leader in Claims Payment Strategies and Controls, Senior Leader in Health Initiatives Business Strategy, and Senior Leader in Network Management. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President of Network Operations. Prior to MVP Health Care, they worked at Hudson Health Plan from 2001 to 2014, holding various positions including Director of Operations, Planning and Support, Director of Managed Care Systems and Configuration, and Manager of Managed Care Systems, Analysis, and Reporting.

Matthew LoBoen completed their education in the field of Health Services Administration. Matthew obtained a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. Later, they pursued a Master of Health Administration degree at Iona University from 2007 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Matthew obtained various certifications, including "Leading at a Distance," "Learning Power BI Desktop," and "Psychological Safety: Clear Blocks to Innovation, Collaboration, and Risk-Taking" from LinkedIn. Matthew also completed the "Power BI Essential Training (2019)" course from LinkedIn and received training in "Effective Communications and Human Relations/Skills for Success" from Dale Carnegie Training. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Management from Cornell University.
