Chad Langley, PMP, ITIL Expert has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years. Chad began their career in 1998 at Verizon Enterprise Solutions as an Associate Director and then moved on to become a Manager for Complex / Integrated Deals, Project Management. In 2012, they moved to Verizon as a Group Manager for NG911/e911, Gov/Ed PM. Most recently, they joined Synergem Technologies, Inc in 2022 as the Vice President of Network Operations and Strategy.

Chad Langley, PMP, ITIL Expert has a comprehensive education history. Chad completed a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Phoenix in 2007. Chad then obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2007. In 2010, they obtained their ITIL Foundation Level V3 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. Chad then obtained their ITIL Service Offerings and Agreements (ITIL-SOA) certification in December 2014, ITIL CSI certification in September 2014, ITIL Release Control and Validation (ITIL-RCV) certification in December 2013, and ITIL Planning, Protection, and Optimization (ITIL-PPO) certification in June 2016. In November 2015, they obtained their ITIL Expert Managing Across the Lifecycle (ITIL-MALC) certification. In 2020, they obtained their Post-Crisis Leadership Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in July, and ITIL Foundation Level V4 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in April. In 2021, they obtained their Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May. In 2022, they will obtain their Innovation and Design – Thinking Beyond the Obvious and Leadership & Innovation 2022 certifications from the International Institute for Learning. Chad is currently pursuing a Masters in Engineering Technology from Purdue University - The Graduate School.
