Sarah Topham

Sarah Topham has extensive experience in leading Lean practices and process improvement initiatives at various organizations. Currently, Sarah holds the position of Director, Business Process Design and Program Management at MVP Health Care, where Sarah leads Lean Coaches and Program Managers to execute projects using Lean principles. Prior to their current role, Sarah worked at Rochester Institute of Technology and Paychex Inc, where Sarah held roles focusing on process improvement and Change Management. Sarah holds a BA in Business from Franklin & Marshall College.
