James Pate

James Pate currently serves as the Quality Manager at MW Components, overseeing a team of quality professionals to ensure the delivery of top-notch products, including the exclusive HELI-CAL Flexure technology. Prior to this role, James held the position of Program Manager for Vandenberg Operations and Business Development at Aegir Systems, focusing on the ALCM Trainer Maintenance Contract from April 2019 to October 2023. James began their career at INDYNE CORPORATION in October 2005, where roles included Compliance Specialist, responsible for environmental compliance and employee health and safety, as well as Mission Support Specialist Sr, providing mission support and environmental expertise for range operations. James holds degrees from the Community College of the Air Force in Missile Systems Specialist and Aerospace Instruction Accreditation.
