Kirsten Haupt

Kirsten Haupt has had a diverse work experience in human resources. Kirsten started their career as an HR Consultant and Personalreferentin at BeOne Hamburg GmbH from May 2013 to December 2016. Following that, Kirsten joined s.Oliver Group as a Human Resources Developer from January 2017 to May 2019. Currently, they are working at Malteser Werke gGmbH, where they started as a Referentin Personalentwicklung in June 2019 and later became the Head of HR Development & Recruiting in April 2021.

Kirsten Haupt has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie from Hochschule Fresenius, which they obtained in 2012. In 2014, they pursued a Master's degree in Wirtschaftsrecht LL.M. from Uni Saarland/TU Kaiserslautern, completing it in 2016. Kirsten is currently enrolled at isb GmbH Systemische Professionalität, where they are studying Systemische Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung, with an expected completion in 2023. In 2020, they also obtained a certification in Systemischer Coach (ECA) from InKonstellation.
