Damon W. has a range of work experience in various roles and companies. Damon began their career at Biwater Engineering as an Engineering Manager from 2005 to 2010. Damon then joined MWH Global as Head of Engineering from 2010 to 2013. After a brief role as Process Leader at Laing O'Rourke in 2013, they returned to MWH, now part of Stantec, as Head of Design Productivity and later as BIM Change Programme Leader. Damon also worked at Stantec as xR Director and Technical Director - Systems & Technology from 2017 to 2019. Most recently, they took on the position of Head of Engineering at MWH Treatment in 2019. Damon also has teaching experience as a Guest Lecturer at The University of Salford since 2014.

Damon W. attended Aston University from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Chemical Process Engineering.
