Kenneth Delaney

Kenneth Delaney is an experienced Commercial Manager at MWH Treatment since February 2021, focusing on potable and wastewater projects within the Joint Venture (ESD) for Scottish Water’s SR15 & S21 Non-Infrastructure Alliance, handling project values from approximately £100k to over £40M using NEC3 contracts. Prior to this role, Kenneth spent over 15 years at Black & Veatch, where responsibilities included commercial management for various wastewater and potable water projects under the Scottish Water SR15 and Thames Water AMP 5 programmes, with project values ranging from £100k to £10M, applying both NEC3 and IChemE contract forms. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying from Glasgow Caledonian University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
