Paul Smith

Paul Smith is an experienced commercial manager with extensive expertise in overseeing commercial operations within the construction and telecommunications sectors. Current responsibilities include managing the water programme for the CMDP JV on behalf of Southern Water at MWH Treatment since October 2022. Prior to this role, Paul held senior commercial management positions at Telent Technology Services Ltd, where oversight included the delivery of FTTP projects for CityFibre. Paul’s career spans several notable companies, including Carillion telent and Clancy Docwra, with a strong foundation in quantity surveying and project control dates back to the early 1990s.
