Michelle Forder

Michelle Forder possesses a diverse background in management and operations within the veterinary and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Strategic Sourcing Operations at MWI Animal Health since June 2021, Michelle has successfully spearheaded initiatives leading to significant cost savings and enhanced operational efficiency. Previously, as Category Manager I, Michelle was responsible for overseeing the performance of a vast product portfolio, contributing to multimillion-dollar profit gains and improved financial agreements with manufacturers. Michelle's earlier experience includes roles as Veterinary Hospital Manager and Technician at Orinda Veterinary Clinic, where operational management and patient care were key, alongside foundational positions in various healthcare settings. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix and has pursued additional education in business administration and management.
