Beatriz Radenberger

Beatriz Radenberger is an experienced human resources professional with over a decade of expertise at MWM Motores Diesel. Currently serving as a Senior HR Analyst since November 2013, Beatriz manages processes and leads a team of five while providing internal consultancy for various business units. Previous roles include Mid-level and Junior HR Analyst positions, where responsibilities encompassed payroll processing for up to 2,400 employees, as well as handling vacation calculations, payments, terminations, and variable remuneration. Beatriz began their tenure at MWM in November 2010 as an HR Administrative Assistant and later as an Administrative Assistant, supporting employees and managing electronic timekeeping for a significant workforce.
