César Rouer

César Rouer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. César began their career as a Junior Consultant at PMP Consulting, where they developed strategic recommendations for start-ups. César also had a job shadowing experience at ARTE, working with Bruno Patino, the Editorial Director. Rouer then served as a Member of the Board at the cultural association Afters.

In 2014, they joined Radio France, contributing to the radio show "Les Matins d'été" on France Culture. César later worked as a VC Analyst at Plug and Play Tech Center, where they focused on investment opportunities in Silicon Valley. Rouer then transitioned to the film industry, first as a Business Developer at Echo Studio, a European film studio focused on social and environmental issues, and later as an Executive Assistant to Serge Hayat at Federation Entertainment, a leading financial supporter of cinema and television in France.

In 2019, Rouer joined Deezer, a global music streaming company, as an Operations & Content Data Analyst, where they played a role in content promotion and curation. Currently, they are the Publishing Lead at MWM, where they are responsible for building the largest ecosystem of non-gaming apps and leading a multidisciplinary team in various aspects of app publishing, including deal negotiation and marketing strategy.

César Rouer completed their Masters Degree in Management from ESSEC Business School from 2016 to 2020. In 2019, they also pursued a program in Global Management at UCLA Anderson, specializing in Media & Tech. Prior to this, from 2014 to 2016, they attended Preparatory classes at Madeleine-Daniéleou, focusing on Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, and Philosophy. In addition to their academic achievements, César Rouer obtained certifications in Python programming & Internet of Things from ITESCIA in April 2018, and in Ventures Deals (with distinctions) from Kauffman Fellows in October 2017.
