Ilona Huynh

Ilona Huynh is the current Head of Talent at MWM. Ilona has over 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a specific focus on Talent Acquisition and People Management.

Ilona started their career as a Consultant at Accuracy, where they were responsible for financial modeling, conception of KPI analysis and pricing for multiple sectors. Ilona then moved to Stanwell Consulting, where they were Head of HR. In this role, they were responsible for HR strategy and project leading, HR representation in Executive committee, HR team management and implementation of initiatives, employer brand and internal communication.

Ilona has a proven track record in talent acquisition, with experience in developing strategies and processes, as well as setting up partnerships to enhance recruiting. Ilona is also experienced in people management and career development, with a focus on on-boarding and off-boarding, training, people issues, performance management, and office life and cohesion.

In their current role at MWM, Ilona is responsible for leading the talent function and developing strategies to attract, engage and retain top talent. Ilona is also responsible for compliance, legal disputes and pre-litigation.

Ilona Huynh has a Master in Management from ESCP Business School and a Master 2 - Master of International Business from Queen's University.

Ilona Huynh works with Kévin Chailloux - Head of Unity, Alexandre Paris - Head of Games, and Rémi Thivolle - Head of Finance. Ilona Huynh reports to Jean-Baptiste Hironde, CEO.
