Maureen Pinneur is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer success, content management, and project coordination. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at MWM since October 2022, Maureen focuses on building and managing customer success teams and designing automation tools. Previously, Maureen held multiple roles at digiSchool group, including Head of Content, where responsibilities included managing a team and collaborating with freelancers and partners on various educational products, and Customer Care Manager, developing processes for user support. Additional experience includes project management for the Interreg POCTEFA initiative, academics workshops coordination at Universidad para el Desarrollo Andino, and teaching French and Latin at Institution des Chartreux. Maureen holds a Master’s degree in Linguistics from Université de Bourgogne and both a Bachelor's degree in Langue et littérature françaises and a Baccalaureate in Arts from Université Lumière Lyon 2.
