Aislinn Geraghty

Aislinn Geraghty currently holds the position of Business Operations Director for the UK and Europe P&C at MX, a role filled since February 2025. Prior to this, Aislinn served as Head of Trading and Business Operations Lead at MX Underwriting Europe from November 2023 to February 2025, and spent over thirteen years at Miles Smith Insurance Group in various management roles, including Business Manager and MGA Manager. Additionally, Aislinn has experience managing processes and procedures at Specialist Risk Group from August 2018 to February 2025. A background in insurance began with a Motor Claims Handler position at AIG and continued as a Senior Pensions Administrator at Mercer. Aislinn holds a Cert CII in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute and a Diploma in Addiction Studies from Dublin Business School, along with other qualifications.
