Hollie Cole is the current Sr. Director of Total Rewards at MX. Prior to this, they were the Head of Total Rewards at Abnormal Security from August 2021 to July 2022. Before that, they were with Vivint Solar from April 2019 to August 2021 where they were responsible for Human Capital Operations, including project management, reports and dashboards, employee onboarding experience, policy and procedure creation and maintenance, technology strategy and implementation, budget tracking, contingent worker management, process and data auditing, and employee records maintenance. Hollie also served as a coach and consultant for business leaders on best practices, efficient methodologies, available tools and resources, etc. to address human resource issues specific to organizational design and compensation.
Hollie Cole completed their high school diploma at Roy High School. Hollie then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, General at University of Phoenix. Finally, they obtained their Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Services at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
Kim Goodman - Senior Total Rewards Partner, Ethan Garlick - Compensation Analyst, and Liz Carson - Benefits Manager report to Hollie Cole. Hollie Cole works with Chad Beals - Director of Talent, Heather Luczak - Director of People Development, and Kameron Bascom - Head of Facilities. Their manager is Kimberly Cassady, Chief People Officer.
