Ajit Singh Kaunsal has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ajit Singh started their career in 2005 as a Customer Service Agent at First Source Pvt. Ltd. In 2008, they worked briefly as a Business Analyst at Harapa International Pvt. Ltd., where they conducted research, analyzed IT solutions, and interacted with clients to understand their requirements. Later that year, Ajit joined TAM Media Research Pvt. Ltd. as an Assistant Manager in the TAM Sports department. Their responsibilities included collaborating with advertisers, sports bodies, and sports marketing companies to provide customized solutions for sports sponsorships. Ajit Singh also managed sales orders and handled viewership reports for various sports events. In 2012, Ajit moved to Sony Pictures Networks India, where they first served as a Research & Analytics professional for SonyLIV until 2016. Ajit Singh then transitioned to the role of Digital Marketing & Analytics manager, formulating growth plans, optimizing marketing budgets, and executing ATL and BTL campaigns. Finally, Ajit joined MX Player in 2019, where they initially worked as a Senior Manager in Marketing and later advanced to the position of Associate Director. At MX Player, they successfully transformed the brand's perception and targeted specific customer segments for brand and content promotions.
Ajit Singh Kaunsal obtained a Masters of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Mumbai between 2006 and 2008. Prior to that, they attended St. Anne's High School from 1990 to 2000 and obtained their SSC degree. In terms of additional certifications, Ajit has been recognized as an #AppsflyerKnowledgeChampion by AppsFlyer in 2020. Ajit Singh also received certifications for Advanced Google Analytics in July 2019 and Mobile App Analytics Fundamentals in 2014 from Google.
