Chandan Chhabra

Chandan Chhabra has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Chandan currently holds the position of Head of Business (MX Live) at MX Player, overseeing a dynamic live streaming application that empowers content creators in India. Prior to this, Chandan served as the Vice President of Operations at Mitron TV, a short video platform focused on promoting and showcasing talent. Chandan also held leadership roles at OLX Group, where they were the Director of Central Operations for Sobek Auto India Pvt Ltd, and the Director of Customer Experience. Chandan's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Manager of Customer Service at Wannamo Marketing Pvt Ltd, and as a Cluster Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. Chandan also has prior experience in the telecom industry, having served as an Assistant Manager at Idea Cellular Ltd, as well as in the BPO sector as a Customer Service Specialist at IBM Daksh.

Chandan Chhabra's education history includes a Bachelor of Commerce from Sh. Bhagat Singh College, completed from 1999 to 2002. They also obtained a PGDHRM from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2003 to 2005. Currently, Chandan is undergoing the 3-TP: Senior Leaders' Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, which started in 2018. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including Accredited Customer Experience Mentor (ACX-Mentor) and Certified Customer Experience Professional in 2020, as well as NPS2 Certified Professional in 2014.
