Shah Mukim Uddin has worked at MX3 Diagnostics since 2018. Shah Mukim'sfirst role at the company was as a Design Engineer, where they were responsible for product prototyping, scale-up, technology transfer, and process-validation. Shah Mukim also worked on improving manufacturing processes and techniques, as well as conducting research and pilot experiments. In October 2022, Shah Mukim Uddin was promoted to the position of Principal Product Engineer at MX3 Diagnostics.
Prior to joining MX3 Diagnostics, Shah Mukim Uddin worked at the University of Malaya from 2013 to 2016. Shah Mukim served as a Research Assistant and was involved in projects related to rapid multi-pathogen detection using DNA chips and microfluidic platforms for medical diagnostic systems. Shah Mukim'sresponsibilities included performing experiments, documenting experimental details, analyzing results, and presenting outcomes to the team.
Shah Mukim Uddin completed their Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering at the International Islamic University Chittagong from 2009 to 2013. Shah Mukim then pursued a Master's Degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Malaya from 2014 to 2016. Following this, Shah Mukim Uddin enrolled in the University of Melbourne, where they are currently working towards a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in the field of Biosensor, Medical Biotechnology Diagnostics, Medical Devices, and Lab-on-a-chip.
