Ashleigh Watson

Ashleigh Watson, PHR, M.A., currently serves as the People and Culture Director at MxD, having previously held roles such as People and Culture Manager. With extensive experience in human resources, Ashleigh has worked at notable companies, including PLS Financial Services as a Senior Talent Management Specialist and Jenny Craig as a Human Resources Business Partner. Ashleigh’s background includes leadership in talent management and strategic HR partnerships within multi-billion dollar organizations. Earlier career roles span various functions in the production industry and educational settings, including positions at Harpo Productions and DePauw University. Ashleigh holds a Master’s degree from Syracuse University and has completed human resources certification courses from DePaul University.
