Charles Wood

Charles Wood has a diverse work experience starting in 2015. Charles began their career as a Research Assistant at the Joint School of Nanoscience and Nanoengineering, where they conducted tests on the effects of nano-materials on micro-organisms. In 2015, they also joined Cree as a Process Technician, where they were responsible for process and tool management in a semiconductor manufacturing plant. In 2016, they transitioned to MXS Solutions, initially working as an Account Manager before being promoted to Chief Operations Officer. In this role, they focused on operations management and quality assurance. In 2019, Charles became the Chief Financial Officer at MXS Solutions where they are responsible for financial planning, integration, and providing real-time financial information to the company's leadership.

Charles Wood earned an Associate in Applied Science degree in Nanotechnology from Forsyth Technical Community College. Charles attended the college from 2013 to 2015.
