Denise Hernandez

Denise Hernandez, SHRM-CP, has accumulated a wealth of experience in the field of human resources. Denise began their career in 2013 as a Banking Officer HR at Community National Bank, where they worked until 2023. Following this role, they transitioned to become the Human Resources Director at Green Tree Country Club in 2023 before ultimately taking on the position of Vice President Human Resources at My Community Credit Union in 2024.

Denise Hernandez, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Columbia Southern University in 2019, following an Associate's degree in HR Management from the University of Phoenix in 2017. In May 2021, they achieved their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
