Abigail Rubin

Abigail Rubin is an experienced culinary professional with a focus on baking and pastry arts. Currently serving as a Cooking Instructor at My Cooking Party since January 2023, Abigail facilitates cooking classes in a relaxed atmosphere. Simultaneously, Abigail works as an Event Chef at Olivier Cheng Catering and Events, specializing in high-profile catering events. Previous roles include Consultant at Softside, where soft serve concepts and training were developed, as well as various positions in well-known establishments such as Mah-Ze-Dahr Bakery, Dunton Hot Springs, Loring Place, The Dutch, Union Square Events, Carbone, and Gramercy Tavern. Abigail holds a Bachelor’s degree in Baking and Pastry Management from The Culinary Institute of America, completed between 2007 and 2010.
