Krystal Ball

Krystal Ball currently serves as the Director of Engagement and Training Manager at MY DR NOW since September 2022. Previously, Krystal was the National Retail Education Manager at Harvest Health & Recreation, Inc., from June 2018 to October 2022, where responsibilities included creating training documents, conducting product training, and developing educational programs for dispensary staff. As General Manager of Harvest of Scottsdale, Krystal implemented operational processes and led staff recognition programs. Prior roles include General Manager at AllSaints Retail Ltd, overseeing the 15th North American location, and similar managerial positions at 7 For All Mankind, HUGO BOSS, and Ted Baker. Krystal began career at Nordstrom, progressing from Sales Associate to Department Manager. Education includes a BA in Communication from Arizona State University.
