Dawn Floyd

Dawn Floyd has been working in the business management field since 1994. Dawn began their career as a Manager at Smalls Recruiting and then moved on to become the General Manager of Adecco Australia in 1998. In 2001, they took on the role of Business Manager at Mannahouse Ministry Centre. From 2009 to 2014, they were the Practice Manager at Lejeune Family Medical Practice. In 2015, they held the roles of General Manager at Impact Centre and Practice Manager at Invitation to Health. From 2016 to present, they have been the Operations & Payroll Consultant, Chief Operations Officer, and Practice Manager at My Emergency Dr. At Vision Business Management, they currently hold the role of Director, providing strategic management, operational management, financial planning & management, H. R solutions and growth strategies to healthcare practices.

Dawn Floyd completed a Diploma of Professional Practice Management from the University of New England (AU) in 2013. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in Management and a Diploma in Business from Upskilled in 2013. Dawn also earned a Diploma of Human Resource Management from Upskilled in 2013. Her educational background also includes attending Hornsby Girls High.
