Zain Attawala

Zain Attawala is an accomplished professional in real estate development and franchise operations, currently serving as Principal at EPIC Group of Companies since January 2022, focusing on infrastructure development and managing a portfolio of top national franchises. Zain has been a Territory Developer and Franchisee for Stanton Optical since August 2017, overseeing 28 operational locations in Georgia and Alabama, with plans for further expansion. Additional franchise roles include managing Ivy Kids Early Learning Center in the Atlanta and DFW markets, GREASE MONKEY in the Metro Atlanta market, and serving as a Franchisee for PITA Mediterranean Street Food since May 2019. Zain's prior experience includes actuarial positions at prominent firms such as McGriff, Seibels & Williams, Revolos, AIG, and AXIS Capital, as well as founding Envision Learning Academy. Zain holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Risk Management and Finance from The University of Georgia and completed A Levels at Karachi Grammar School.
