Lindy Waage Heggset

Lindy Waage Heggset has over 19 years of work experience in various roles. In their most recent position as a Product Director at My Game AS since 2021, they oversee the product development and management. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2021, they worked as the Director of Customer Experience at Warner Bros. Discovery, where they were responsible for enhancing the customer experience and managing a team of customer service agents across multiple regions.

From 2017 to 2019, Lindy was a Customer Experience Lead at Discovery Inc, where they played a crucial role in testing and reporting app-related issues and feature requests for Dplay platforms.
