Roman Novikov

Roman Novikov has extensive experience in the tech industry, with their most recent role as the Director of Creator Economy Business at MY.GAMES. In this role, they successfully launched two influencer monetization products, Boosty and DonationAlerts, generating a user base of over 150,000 creators. Prior to this, they held positions at Mail.ru Group, where they served as the Director of a Business Unit and managed a team of 100+ employees across various departments. Roman also worked as a Project Manager of the social network My World, implementing lean business processes to shorten the release development cycle. In addition, they served as the Head of the Social Gaming Platform, achieving significant user growth and revenue increase through product strategy and key partnership engagements. Initially, Roman worked as a Software Developer at Yandex.

Roman Novikov completed their undergraduate education at the Higher School of Economics from 2004 to 2009, earning a Specialist degree with Honours in Computer Science. Roman then pursued further education at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, graduating with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree between 2017 and 2019.
