Laura Nietzer

Laura Nietzer has a diverse work experience in the field of education. Laura started their career as a First Grade Teacher at Montclair Kimberley Academy in 1994 and worked there until 1999. Laura then joined Saddle River Day School as a 4th grade teacher from 1999 to 2011, and later became a 6th grade Humanities Teacher from 2011 to 2018. In 2014, they joined iEARN-USA - International Education and Resource Network as a Global Education Ambassador. Currently, they are working as the Director of Educational Outreach at The MY HERO Project, a position they have held since February 2019.

Laura Nietzer attended Muhlenberg College from 1978 to 1982, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government.
