Ritu Jain

Ritu Jain is a seasoned Human Resource professional with experience in recruitment and employee development. Currently serving as a Sr. Human Resource Executive at My Inbox Media ® since January 2023, Ritu hosts in-house recruitment events, enhances recruitment processes, discusses career development paths with managers, and oversees attendance regulation and compensation planning. Previously, Ritu worked as a Technical Recruiter at Mount Talent Consulting Pvt Ltd. from March 2022 to December 2022, where responsibilities included sourcing and interviewing candidates for technical positions. Ritu holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource from Teerthanker Mahaveer University, completed in May 2022, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Commerce from the same institution, obtained in May 2020.
