Hedhi Pramesti has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2016, they worked at CIMB Niaga in the Digital Banking, Branchless, and Partnership department until 2018. Hedhi then joined Booking.com as a Hotel Partner Specialist, responsible for proactively communicating with partners and assisting in the development of the company's business. After that, they worked at indaHash as an APAC - Influencer Client Relations specialist, where they worked on campaigns and maintained relationships with influencers in the APAC region. Their next role was as a Marketing Manager at LYKA, where they organized marketing activities, planned advertising campaigns, and conducted market research. Currently, Hedhi Pramesti is working at Better Lifestyle Group as a Partnerships & Growth Specialist for the APAC region.

In 2017, they received a Certificate of Unit Credit Towards in Customer Service Professional from City & Guilds for Business. In 2016, they gained a certification in English for Business Communication, also from City & Guilds for Business. Moreover, in 2018, they attended a Career Guidance Seminar & Workshop conducted by the London School Of Public Relations - Jakarta and an Introduction of Graduate Studies program from the same institution in 2017. Furthermore, in July 2018, they acquired AdWords Display Certification and AdWords Fundamentals certifications from Google.
