Alessandro Capozzi

Alessandro oversees the academic and pastoral development of the Sixth Form students, ensuring that they have a fulfilling and inspiring learning experience and are supported to achieve personal goals and plan their futures at top universities and in exciting industries.

Alessandro has been a senior leader across two large schools in Sussex and Surrey and has led on pastoral standards and the curriculum as a Deputy Headteacher. He has also previously led on Teaching & Learning, inclusion, and SEND, all roles he has enjoyed immensely. Alessandro has a MA in Educational Leadership and firmly believes that all learners can thrive through a challenging curriculum and high-quality pastoral support that recognizes and motivates student effort.
