Lucie LEDUC

Lucie LEDUC has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Lucie began their career as a Formator in French and History-Geography at the Centre de Promotion de la Coiffure in 2013. In 2014, they completed an Immersion Professional in the role of Assistante RH at Kelly Services France / Peintex Daoudal. From 2012-2017, they worked at the AFPP de Touraine and Greta Indre et Loire, where they held roles as a Formator in French and Mathematics, as well as an Immersion Professional in the role of Responsable de Formation. From 2017-2019, they served as an Ingénieure Formation at Les Compagnons du Devoir et du Tour de France, where they collaborated on an innovative training project, created engineering and certification, and maintained relationships with institutional partners. In 2015, they were a Coordinatrice Pédagogique at Groupe Promotrans, and since 2021, they have been the Head of Learning and Consultante Formation at My-Serious-Game.

Lucie LEDUC obtained a Master's degree in Stratégie Ingénierie de la Formation pour Adultes from Université de Tours in 2012. In 2014, they earned a Titre Professionnel in Assistante en Ressources Humaines from Antee Formation.
